Great day for us, we had our first ‘Careers In Blue’ success!
Yesterday our first candidate since we officially launched last month, passed his Final Interview as a police officer! We’ve already helped candidates to Assessment Centre and Interview success, but only when practicing that our courses work.
He fully invested with us, Being passionate about becoming a police officer, he looked at what Careers In Blue had to offer, to help him achieve. Using us would give him that edge, instead of just relying on open source and information from the College of Policing Working together | College of Policing. Our Workbook and interactive Assessment Centre Workshop ensured he was fully prepared – and he passed his online assessment!
After completing our Workbook and Final Interview Workshop, he opted to have a Mock Interview. This is the nearest thing you can get to the real experience. He had his interview yesterday and was over the moon to find out later the same day, he’d passed!
Since this post we have continued to help and support clients to PASS their Police Officers, Polices Staff, Lateral Moves Recruitment processes including non police applications too !
