This can be a daunting and testing time. Our One to One Interview Workshop will address your experience and how to use it within an interview situation. Our trainer will guide you through how to plan, understand what you are being asked to demonstrate and how to construct your answers against the Competency Value Framework.
It's 3 hours and will gradually build on your knowledge base, covering varying subjects you will most likely be questioned about. We will explain what is involved in a Structured Interview, discuss the Competency Value Framework and how you can fully prepare, being able to understand and answer questions in a structured way.
Team it with one of our books and a Mock Interview, designed specifically for you and you can't be any better prepared. We will show you how to plan, understand what you are being asked to demonstrate and how to construct your answers against the Competency Value Framework.
There will also be practical advice on how to conduct yourself, looking the part and giving you that inner confidence to help you achieve.
